Cancellation and Refund policy

Pristine Gaze Pty Ltd trading as Pristine Gaze (ABN 66 680 815 678), hereinafter referred to as “Pristine Gaze,” “us” and “we,” is a Corporate Authorised Representative (CAR No. 001312049) of Alpha Securities Pty Ltd (AFSL 330757). This policy provides information about cancelling a subscription to any of our services and availing of possible refunds by you (“you,” “your,” or “User”).

Subscription Terms

Your subscription begins as soon as you make the one-time payment. To access our reports/model portfolio, you must become a subscriber by providing your contact details and paying the relevant subscription fee. You are required to create an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and password. If you have not notified Pristine Gaze that the security of your password has been compromised, we will be entitled to assume that all activity connected to your account is conducted by you (or on your behalf). You are liable for all actions of people using your password.

We will seek to revert to your complaint within 5 business days after it is received.

Payment and Renewal Terms

Each subscription must be paid in full prior to starting the subscription period. Your subscription will not renew automatically. We reserve the right to amend the security procedures for access to the Services at any time. Furthermore, we maintain the right to review and alter our subscription prices at any time and may offer new terms at each renewal period.

Cancellation and Refund Terms

You can request a cancellation of your services or a full refund by contacting us via email at [email protected] or by mail at Pristine Gaze Pty Ltd, 6 Hunt Club Road, Narre Warren South, VIC 3805, Australia, only within a 14-day cooling period that begins from your date of subscription.This 14-day window for cancelling a subscription and seeking a 100% refund is only available to new subscribers and does not apply to past or existing subscribers. We can cancel your subscription only if you give us notice within this 14-day period.

After the cooling-off period, you will not be entitled to any refund of subscription fees if you decide to cancel your subscription anytime during the subscription period. Refund requests made after 14 days will be considered at our sole discretion. We will also cancel your subscription if the subscription period is not paid in advance.

If a full or partial refund is granted, please note that your services will then be cancelled/impacted, and your subscription may immediately stop, and you may lose access to the services. All refunds are subject to review under Australian Consumer Law and our obligations as a Corporate Authorised Representative (CAR No. 001312049) of Alpha Securities Pty Ltd (AFSL 330757).
